LastMinuteDJs.net will provide entertainment services to ….. Name (hereafter referred to as “the Hirer”)
Event charges are agreed in advance of the booking. Payment by cheque made payable to ‘Jamie Millard’ must be sent to arrive no later than 10 working days before the event. Any outstanding balance must be settled in cash on the day, prior to the start of the event unless otherwise agreed in advance,
For our DJ Only service, payment should be settled with the contracted DJ on the night unless otherwise agreed in advance.
For our Mobile Disco service LastMinuteDJs.net require access to the Venue at least 1 hour before the commencement of the event, or earlier if determined beforehand, to allowadequate time to set up our equipment in advance of the start time. LastMinuteDJs.net cannot be held responsible if the situation arises where advance access is not available resulting in a delayed start of the event.
Where possible, LastMinuteDJs.net will liaise with the venue prior to the event to discuss our requirements to provide the entertainment.
LastMinuteDJs.net are only responsible for their own sound, lighting and electrics at the venue. LastMinuteDJs.net cannot be held responsible if the situation arises where due to a fault with the venue's own electrics, entertainment services cannot be provided.
Our Mobile Disco service uses advanced lighting effects, which may include stroboscopic effects. Such lighting is very popular amongst audiences and helps add to the atmosphere in the venue.Unfortunately, in a small number of people who suffer from severe epilepsy over use of stroboscopic effects may induce epileptic fits. Our staff are very experienced in the use of stroboscopic effects and will keep usage durations short. However, if you have any concerns or are aware of a guest with a severe epileptic condition, please discuss this with us prior to the event.
The Mobile Disco service may use smoke effects during the event. The fluids used are safe for use around people who may suffer from asthma and other respiratory conditions. Our staff are very experienced in the use of smoke effects and will keep usage to minimum levels. However, if you have any concerns or are aware of a guest with a severe respiratory condition, please discuss this with us prior to the event. Some venues do not allow the use of these effects therefore LastMinuteDJs.net cannot be held responsible if such effects are unavailable for your event.
The Hirer will, at all times, be responsible for the guests and associated parties at the function. Any loss or damage to personnel or equipment through direct or indirect intervention of those parties will be the liability of the Hirer. The Hirer will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of goods lost or damaged during their event.
LastMinuteDJs.net will not tolerate any form of abuse, be it physical or verbal, towards our DJs. In the event of any abuse, entertainment services will be cancelled with immediate effect.
LastMinuteDJs.net reserve the right to alter these conditions without prior notice.
